Quarter Sheets in Echo Park is hiring. We are seeking cooks looking for full time employment with flexible availability in the afternoons and evenings MON - SUN. Weekend availability is required.
YOU ARE a well-rounded, curious, hardworking self-starter who is interested in a fast-paced & busy kitchen. Specific pizza experience is not necessary as it is just one aspect of the cooking that happens in our kitchen. Our menu is centered around seasonal California cuisine. A strong grasp of core cooking fundamentals is required.
WE ARE a chef-owned and operated restaurant dedicated to the health and happiness of our very small and wonderful team -- we hope you'll consider joining us. We are in our fourth year of business and have been featured in NY Times, LA Times, Bon Appétit & Food and Wine.
Pay rate is based on experience.
