How RightJobsNow Works

RightJobsNow is an independent job-search platform operated by NLMJ Associates, LLC. We help job seekers discover employment opportunities supplied by employers, recruitment platforms, applicant-tracking systems and job-distribution partners.

RightJobsNow is not the hiring employer, a staffing agency or a government agency unless a particular page expressly states otherwise. We do not make hiring decisions and cannot guarantee an interview, job offer or employment outcome.

1. Search for Jobs

You can search RightJobsNow by job title, employer, category and location. Search results may include jobs supplied by employers and third-party job-distribution partners, including platforms such as WhatJobs, Adzuna and other approved sources.

The company named in a listing is generally the organization offering the job. RightJobsNow is not affiliated with or endorsed by that employer unless the listing clearly says otherwise.

2. Review the Listing

Each job page may include information such as:

• Job title
• Employer
• Location
• Job description
• Qualifications
• Employment type
• Compensation, when supplied
• Date posted
• Listing source
• Application destination
• Requisition or reference number

Job information is based on data received from the applicable source. Although we use automated and manual processes to improve accuracy, employers and partners may modify, close or remove jobs without advance notice.

Always verify important information on the final application website before submitting an application.

3. Continue to the Application Website

RightJobsNow does not normally process the employer’s complete job application.

When you select Continue to Application, you may be directed to:

• The employer’s career website
• The employer’s applicant-tracking system
• A recruitment agency
• A job-distribution or recruitment partner
• Another authorized application destination

The destination should be identified before or during the redirection process whenever that information is available.

Submitting information to RightJobsNow does not itself submit a job application unless we explicitly state otherwise.

4. Contact Information and Job Alerts

RightJobsNow may offer you the option to provide your name, email address, telephone number, job preferences or other information.

Depending on the disclosure shown on the form, this information may be used to:

• Help connect you with the selected application opportunity
• Send requested job alerts
• Recommend similar jobs
• Record your consent and referral activity
• Share information with an identified recruitment or application partner

Marketing email and text-message consent are optional and should be presented separately from any information required to complete a requested referral.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP.

5. Complete the External Application

After leaving RightJobsNow, carefully review the external website’s:

• Employer identity
• Job title and location
• Compensation and qualifications
• Privacy policy
• Terms
• Application requirements

Any application submitted on an external website is governed by that website’s terms and privacy practices.

RightJobsNow does not control external hiring decisions, interview scheduling, background checks, job offers or application-status updates.

6. Sponsored and Compensated Listings

RightJobsNow may receive compensation when users view, click, register for or apply through certain listings. A paid relationship does not mean that RightJobsNow is the employer.

Listings receiving enhanced placement because of a commercial arrangement should be labeled Sponsored, Featured or with another clear disclosure.

7. Report a Problem

Please report a listing when:

• The job has expired
• The application link is broken
• The employer or location appears incorrect
• The description is misleading
• The destination appears unsafe
• Someone requests suspicious payment or sensitive information
• The listing appears fraudulent

Reports can be submitted through the Report a Job form on each job page or by emailing support@rightjobsnow.com.

Job-Seeker Safety

A legitimate employer generally should not require you to send money, purchase gift cards, transfer cryptocurrency or provide banking credentials merely to receive an interview.

Never provide passwords or full payment-card information through a job listing.
