RightJobsNow Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of RightJobsNow.com and related services operated by NLMJ Associates, LLC, referred to as “RightJobsNow,” “we,” “us” or “our.”

By accessing or using RightJobsNow, you agree to these Terms. Do not use the service when you do not agree with them.

1. Nature of the Service

RightJobsNow is an independent job-search and employment-information platform. We display job listings and related information supplied by employers, applicant-tracking systems, recruitment agencies, job-distribution platforms and other partners.

RightJobsNow is not the hiring employer, an employment agency or a government agency unless a page expressly states otherwise.

We do not make hiring decisions and do not guarantee:

• The continued availability of any job
• An interview
• An employment offer
• Acceptance of an application
• The accuracy of an employer’s hiring timeline
• A particular salary, schedule or benefit
• Any employment outcome

2. Third-Party Job Sources

Listings may be received from sources including employers, WhatJobs, Adzuna and other recruitment or job-distribution partners.

The display of an employer’s name does not establish an affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement between RightJobsNow and that employer.

RightJobsNow may receive compensation for referrals, clicks, registrations, applications, sponsored placement or other interactions with certain listings.

3. External Application Websites

Selecting an application button may direct you to an employer, applicant-tracking system, recruitment agency, job-distribution partner or another third-party website.

RightJobsNow does not control these external websites and is not responsible for their:

• Content
• Availability
• Security
• Privacy practices
• Application procedures
• Hiring decisions
• Communications
• Products or services

You are responsible for reviewing the identity, terms and privacy policy of the destination website.

Information submitted directly to an external website is governed by that website’s policies.

4. RightJobsNow Forms

RightJobsNow may allow you to submit contact information, employment preferences, resume information or other details.

Unless the applicable form expressly states otherwise, submitting information to RightJobsNow does not constitute submission of a formal application to the employer.

The disclosure presented with the form will explain whether information may be shared with an application, recruitment or job-distribution partner.

You agree that information you provide will be accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.

5. Marketing Communications

When you separately consent, RightJobsNow may send job alerts, employment information or marketing communications by email or text message.

Consent to marketing is not a condition of viewing job listings unless explicitly permitted by law and clearly disclosed.

You may unsubscribe from email using the unsubscribe link. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Job Information

We attempt to display job information accurately based on the data provided by our sources. However, job information can change without notice.

You must independently verify:

• That the job remains open
• Employer identity
• Application destination
• Location
• Compensation
• Qualifications
• Employment type
• Schedule
• Benefits
• Application deadline

Dates shown as listing-removal or review dates are not employer application deadlines unless clearly identified as such.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account, provide marketing consent or submit personal information through RightJobsNow without the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

RightJobsNow is intended primarily for users seeking employment in the United States.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Scrape, copy or systematically extract site content without authorization
• Interfere with site security or operations
• Introduce malware or harmful code
• Use automated systems to overload the service
• Use the site for unlawful discrimination
• Post or transmit fraudulent employment opportunities
• Attempt to collect candidate information without authorization
• Misrepresent your relationship with an employer or government agency

9. Intellectual Property

RightJobsNow’s original website design, software, branding, text and related materials are owned by or licensed to NLMJ Associates, LLC.

Employer names, logos, job descriptions and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners and may be displayed under licenses, agreements or other applicable rights.

No ownership or endorsement is implied by the display of third-party marks.

10. Job Removal and Intellectual-Property Requests

Employers, authorized representatives and rights holders may request correction or removal of a listing by contacting removal@rightjobsnow.com.

A request should include:

• Requester’s name and organization
• Contact information
• Listing URL
• Explanation of the request
• Evidence of authority where appropriate

We may request additional verification before acting.

11. No Professional Advice

Content on RightJobsNow is general information and does not constitute legal, tax, immigration, financial or professional career advice.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RightJobsNow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure or that every job listing will be accurate, current or legitimate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NLMJ Associates, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of or inability to use RightJobsNow
• Reliance on a job listing
• An external website
• A hiring decision
• Unauthorized activity by a third party
• Loss of data, income or opportunity

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid directly to RightJobsNow during the preceding twelve months or US$100, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NLMJ Associates, LLC from claims arising from your unlawful use of RightJobsNow, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.

15. Changes to the Service

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of RightJobsNow. We may also correct, remove or expire listings without notice.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the site or another reasonable method.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of SC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Charleston, SC, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

Compliance review: Do not publish this provision until it matches your company’s real incorporation, business and legal arrangements.

18. Severability

When any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms and any additional policies referenced within them constitute the agreement between you and RightJobsNow concerning use of the service.
