About this position
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Cashier to join our fast-paced restaurant team in Los Angeles.
The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent guest service while accurately processing orders and payments. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and efficient during busy service periods.
Responsibilities include:
Greet guests in a warm and professional manner, and handle guest concerns.
Accurately enter orders and process payments
Answer questions about menu items and assist guests with ordering
Assist with takeout and pickup orders as needed
Support the team with additional front-of-house duties during busy periods
Qualifications:
Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Reliable, responsible, and punctual
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Flexible availability, morning or evening shifts.
