- Confident, empathetic handling of objections is expected — the approach here is persuasive, not pushy
- Strong patient relationships and consistent follow-through drive membership retention
Clinic Operations & Leadership
- The role has full ownership of clinic organization, accurate and timely charting, and clinical compliance
- Close partnership with the clinic's General Manager and Medical Assistant team keeps daily operations running smoothly
- Patient and staff concerns are addressed with urgency and professionalism
- Providers collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership on clinic goals and growth initiatives
Qualifications — Required
- NP or PA degree from an accredited program
- Active, unrestricted Texas medical license
- Active DEA Certificate and Controlled Substance Registration (or eligibility)

- Ability to upsell, consult, and close in healthcare or an adjacent field
- Strong charting discipline and independent patient flow management
Schedule & Compensation
- 3 days per week to start
- Strictly hourly, W2 + Bonus

- Strong market base rate plus monthly performance bonuses tied to clinical sales
- Top-performing providers currently average over $100/hr all-in
- Standard business hours, no holidays, no late nights
- Low daily patient volume — more time per patient, less burnout
