Passionate about clean beads, strong joints, and reading a print like a pro? In this Industrial Metal Fabrication Welder role, your precision will power our high-quality production—and your ideas will help us work smarter together.
What You’ll Do- Weld across multiple metals—steel, aluminum, and stainless—using MIG, TIG, and Stick processes.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan and execute accurate welds.
- Set up and fine-tune welding machines and related equipment for optimal results.
- Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality standards and job specs.
- Keep your work area safe and tidy while following all safety protocols.
- Partner with teammates to improve workflow, reduce rework, and boost efficiency.
- Troubleshoot welding challenges and assist in resolving production issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational welding training preferred.
- Experience as a welder in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick techniques.
- Ability to read technical documents, specs, and blueprints with confidence.
- Detail-oriented approach and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Welding certification is a plus.
