We are looking for a QSR KitchenManager/Trainer to join our team! You will oversee day-to-day operations, policies, procedures, and training programs, and identify areas for improvement to strengthen brand consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate training of new employees
- Work the hot-line and interact with guests
- Maintain high food quality standards
- Inventory and ordering
- Lead a team of 3-5 employees
- Scheduling
- Catering
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
- No nights
- No Weekends
Qualifications: 3+ years in Front of House and Back of House operations in the restaurant industry in a managerial role; ServSafe Certified
- Strong project management skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license
- Must be a U.S. citizen
