HFAC is seeking a highly organized, results-driven leader to join our team as Membership Sales Manager at Hillsboro's Best athletic club. This is a hands-on, sales-focused role responsible for driving new member acquisition, managing lead follow-up, and executing marketing campaigns that convert. You will own the team execution of the front end of the member journey: lead generation to membership sales to onboarding, member engagement, and referrals. This leader ensures consistent use of tools for follow-up, strong conversion rates, and a welcoming experience worth referring to friends and family for every member. This role also executes external networking for lead generation efforts, designed to drive traffic and engagement. The ideal candidate is a strong salesperson who thrives on daily production and results data analysis, is highly organized, and enjoys creating in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Compensation: $58,000 - $62,000 BOE + $10,000 or more in bonuses Compensation: $58,000 - $62,000 base + commission and bonuses Responsibilities:
- Drive new member sales by managing the team's daily activities, including use of CRM, lead follow-up, appointment setting, tour scheduling, closing percentages, and effective use of online joining
- Execute CRM workflows in GymSales, achieving team targets for appointment setting, closing percentage, and fitness engagement
- Lead execution of community outreach and events
- Oversee new member onboarding, bridging the Sales Team and Fitness Department to ensure strong early engagement and connection to club services
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of driving results
- Prior experience leading staff, with the ability to hold others accountable to daily production goals
- Highly organized with the ability to execute work independently, effectively organize work product for shared use, while also driving the performance of others
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively use software systems, including CRM and operational platforms (GymSales, Club Automation, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Passion for the fitness, health, and wellness industry
