Job Description

Le Sud Mediterranean Kitchen, a neighborhood French-Mediterranean restaurant in Roscoe Village, is looking for energetic, dependable, and hardworking Server Assistants to join our Front of House team.

We are seeking team players who take pride in providing excellent hospitality, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers with food running, table maintenance, and guest service.

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.

• Maintain water service and assist with guest requests.

• Ensure dining rooms and service stations remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.

• Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

• Support opening, closing, and daily side-work duties.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to stand and move throughout shifts and carry restaurant service items safely.

• Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.
