About this position
We are seeking a dependable Japanese Line Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen team. Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards; support prep and station setup; maintain a clean, organized, food-safe work area; communicate with the kitchen team during service; and assist with opening and closing duties.
Previous line cook experience is required. Japanese cuisine experience is preferred. Candidates should have strong knife and prep skills, reliable attendance, and availability to work the restaurant schedule. Immediate start preferred.
