Overview: 

As a Pogo Cocktail Server, you will be an essential member of our upscale restaurant's service team, specializing in delivering exceptional cocktail service to our discerning guests. With a focus on elegance, professionalism, and attention to detail, you will elevate the bar experience by providing personalized service, expertly crafted cocktails, and memorable interactions that exceed guest expectations. 

• Cocktail Service Excellence: Provide attentive and personalized cocktail service to guests, showcasing your expertise in craft cocktails and beverage presentation. Serve a diverse range of high-quality cocktails with precision and flair, tailored to guests' preferences and tastes.
• Menu Knowledge and Recommendations: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our cocktail menu, including ingredients, flavor profiles, and recommended pairings. Offer knowledgeable recommendations and guidance to guests, enhancing their cocktail experience with expert advice and personalized suggestions.
• Guest Engagement: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating memorable interactions and fostering a welcoming atmosphere in the bar area. Anticipate guests' needs and preferences, proactively offering assistance and ensuring that their expectations are consistently exceeded.
• Upselling and Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities to upsell premium cocktails, specialty drinks, and additional offerings, maximizing sales and enhancing the guest experience. Promote featured cocktails, seasonal specials, and signature creations to drive revenue and encourage repeat business.
• Tableside Service: Provide tableside cocktail service to guests seated in the dining area, delivering drinks with grace and sophistication. Coordinate closely with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure that cocktails are served promptly and seamlessly integrated into the dining experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and other members of the service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations in the bar area. Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate tasks, fulfill guest requests, and maintain a high standard of service excellence. 

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience as a cocktail server or bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of craft cocktail techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, maintaining composure and delivering outstanding service under demanding circumstances.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the needs of the business.
