Tradeco Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Electrician for long-term work in the Columbus area. This position is ideal for an electrician who can work independently, read blueprints, perform layout, and lead installations from rough-in through completion.
What You'll Do
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings
- Layout boxes, circuits, conduits, and devices
- Lead commercial electrical installations
- Coordinate with other trades on-site
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
- Ensure work meets NEC and project specifications
- Maintain a safe and productive job site
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
- Proven blueprint reading and layout experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of NEC requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Experience leading crews or projects preferred
