Position Summary
Face to Face Spa is seeking a passionate, client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in skincare, committed to delivering exceptional client experiences, and skilled in recommending personalized treatment plans and home-care regimens. This role combines advanced skincare services, client education, retail sales, and relationship building to help clients achieve their skincare goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional skincare services including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, extractions, waxing, and other spa treatments offered by Face to Face Spa.
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and assessments.
- Develop customized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Educate clients on skincare products, ingredients, and home-care routines.
- Recommend and sell retail skincare products and service packages.
- Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records.
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and tools meet all sanitation and safety standards.
- Stay current on skincare trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
- Assist with spa promotions, events, and marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Active Ohio Esthetician License.
- Minimum 1 year of spa or med-spa experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and ingredients.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Experience with retail sales and client retention preferred.
- Certification or experience in advanced treatments is a plus.
