Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCornerstone Counseling is growing, and we’re looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team!We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically driven Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about helping individuals improve their mental health and quality of life.
About the Position
As a PMHNP with Cornerstone Counseling, you will provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing mental health treatment to clients across a variety of clinical needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health conditions
- Provide medication management and monitor treatment response
- Develop individualized treatment recommendations
- Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Participate in treatment planning and coordination of services
- Current PMHNP certification and Ohio licensure
- Prescriptive authority in Ohio
- Experience providing psychiatric assessment and medication management preferred
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with therapists and other providers
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and patient-centered care

Compensation
This position is a 1099 competitive percentage base. Based on experience, percentage compensation is subject to negotiation.

You would be required to provide your own collaborating physician supervisor for this position.
