Location
Kennewick, WA. Primarily on-site with flexibility to work from home as appropriate. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
Note:
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Washington State and have at least 1 year of litigation experience. Family law experience is highly preferred, but strong litigation attorneys from other practice areas with an interest in family law are encouraged to apply.

Job Description
- Represent clients in family law litigation matters including divorce, child custody, parenting plans, child support, spousal maintenance, and related disputes.
- Manage a diverse caseload from intake through resolution.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs.
- Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies.
- Represent clients during hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials.
- Build trusted client relationships through excellent communication and advocacy.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver outstanding client service.
- Negotiate favorable settlements while preparing cases for litigation when necessary.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure compliance with legal deadlines.
Qualifications
- Active Washington State Bar license.
- 1+ year of litigation experience.
- Family law experience preferred.
- Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
- Highly organized with strong case management skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
