Client Overview Our client, a leader in their industry, is looking to add an Accounting Manager to their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a multi-location organization and sit out of their corporate office. Salary/Hourly Rate $90k - $108k Position Overview The Accounting Manager will provide leadership and oversight to staff across multiple locations. A candidate with prior public accounting or multi-entity accounting experience is highly preferred. This role will play a key part in financial reporting, internal audits, budgeting processes, and system compliance, while also serving as a mentor to a team of accounting professionals. Responsibilities Of The Accounting Manager- Lead monthly closing processes and ensure accurate, timely financial transactions.
- Supervise the preparation of financial statements and pro forma reports in compliance with US GAAP.
- Analyze financial results and investigate variances.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure regulatory and procedural compliance.
- Assess internal control systems and recommend improvements.
- Provide ongoing leadership and development for the Finance teams across venues.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Prior public accounting or multi-entity accounting experience.
- Prior experience supervising accounting professionals.
- Background in multi-location financial operations and consolidations.
- Familiarity with internal controls, audits, and compliance practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
