- Refinish standard porcelain or fiberglass tubs.
- Refinish tubs with three-wall surrounds.
- Refinish fiberglass shower stalls and shower pans.
- Perform spot repairs, including chips, scratches, and minor cracks.
- Refinish bathroom sinks and double-basin kitchen sinks.
- Perform heavy preparation and repairs on sinks with worn or damaged surfaces.
- Refinish kitchen countertops and bathroom vanity countertops.
- Complete multi-room countertop refinishing assignments.
Responsibilities
Inspect and prepare surfaces; protect faucets, drains, cabinets, and surrounding areas; make authorized repairs; apply compatible primers and coatings; provide proper ventilation; follow curing instructions; clean the work area; and document completed work with service notes and photos.
Qualifications
Experience refinishing porcelain or fiberglass fixtures is required. Applicants should be able to produce a smooth, durable finish, follow coating and safety instructions, travel throughout San Diego County, and communicate professionally with residents and property staff. Experience in occupied residential properties is preferred.
