About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Market Access Strategy to lead the development and execution of comprehensive global market access and pricing strategies for innovative therapies. This high-visibility role is pivotal in influencing the global commercial success of the organization's portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping payer value propositions, leading pre-launch and launch access planning, and ensuring that market access evidence generation aligns with regulatory and commercial objectives. The role also involves monitoring evolving healthcare policies, providing executive-level guidance on reimbursement opportunities, and proactively addressing changes in global access environments. Applicants for the Vice President, Global Market Access Strategy position at the company should have an advanced degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 15 years' experience in market access and/or pricing leadership roles within the biopharmaceutical industry. A deep understanding of global payer systems and HTA processes, as well as a proven track record in engaging payers and health technology assessment organizations, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in oncology and/or immunology, with additional experience in cardio or neuro, and a strong ability to influence development-stage assets and launch readiness initiatives. Leadership characteristics include strategic thinking, strong executive influence, scientific credibility, and a collaborative leadership style. The role requires a passion for improving patient access and healthcare outcomes worldwide.
