$45/visit; $100/admission

Your Role as a Registered Nurse:

- You'll be the clinical cornerstone for our patients, providing expert care and leadership in the comfort of their homes. As an RN, you'll assess, plan, and manage patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that shares your commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments based on individual patient needs and provider orders
- Develop and continually update care plans to reflect evolving conditions and goals
- Deliver skilled nursing interventions within the scope of practice and in accordance with physician directives
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation per all state, federal, and agency regulations
- Lead case conferences, promoting collaboration between caregivers and clinicians
- Provide culturally sensitive education to patients and families regarding condition management and treatment plans
- Advocate for patient dignity, preferences, and well-being at every step of the care journey

What You'll Need:

- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (RN)
- Active Registered Nurse license in MA
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
- 1+ year of experience in acute care, home health, xxzpjkt outpatient, or community health (within the last 2 years)
- Up-to-date health certificate & TB test
- Clear understanding of HIPAA and strong commitment to confidentiality
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.

Compensation:

- $45/visit $40/medication administration
- $100/admission visit
