- Assist in training new team members on assembly techniques.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Physical ability to lift and move heavy components as needed.
