About this position

Chatti by Regi Mathew is looking for a warm, friendly, and professional Hostess to join our front-of-house team!

We are seeking someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys interacting with guests, and can create a welcoming first impression while delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.

  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating.

  • Coordinate table assignments and maintain smooth dining room flow.

  • Answer phone calls and assist with reservation inquiries.

  • Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and other team members.

  • Accommodate guest requests and handle concerns professionally.

  • Maintain an organized and welcoming host stand.

  • Assist with general front-of-house duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous hostess or restaurant front-of-house experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Friendly, polished, and professional personality.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

  • Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
