Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Responsibilities Include:
- Safely transport dry van and hazardous material consignments
- Adhere to FMCSA, DOT, and internal safety policies
- Maintain logs and perform pre- and post-trip checks
Driver Incentives:
- $0.65–$0.77 per mile plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus
- HazMat pay add-ons, safety and productivity bonuses
