About this position
Corte is a new neighborhood restaurant opening in Philadelphia's East Market district in Fall 2026. Our menu will center on ingredient-driven cooking from the wood-fired oven, alongside handmade pastas, seasonal vegetables, and a focused selection of Italian wines and classic cocktails.
The restaurant is being built around familiar but ambitious food and genuine hospitality.
