With nearly 30 clinics throughout the Seattle area , including School-Based Health Centers, Neighborcare Health provides comprehensive primary care, behavioral health, dental services, and care coordination to nearly 60,000 patients annually . Position Highlights Outpatient Family Medicine Join an integrated care team with behavioral health, dental, social work, nursing, and care coordination Practice with significant clinical autonomy while benefiting from strong physician collaboration Mission-driven organization serving underserved and vulnerable populations Multiple clinic opportunities throughout the Seattle metropolitan area Obstetrics and Medical rounding available with our MD/DO positions $5,000 Sign-on Bonus Loan Repayment Programs Available Compensation & Benefits Compensation Compensation 0.8 FTE. (32 hours per week) The annual salary range: $166,682.88 to $206,169.60 1.0 FTE. (40 hours per week) The annual salary range: $208,353.60 to $257,712.00 Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and schedule Comprehensive Benefits Include Medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous paid time off and paid holidays Retirement plan with employer contribution match Life and AD&D insurance Employee Assistance Program Pet insurance Additional voluntary benefits Primary Responsibilities As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients across the lifespan, including: Preventive care and wellness visits Diagnosis and management of acute and chronic illnesses Care coordination with specialty providers Collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams Evidence-based, culturally responsive patient care Documentation within the electronic health record Participation in quality improvement initiatives This role offers the opportunity to care for patients representing diverse cultures, languages, and socioeconomic backgrounds while working alongside dedicated professionals committed to health equity. Qualifications Required MD or DO from an accredited School of Medicine or Osteopathy Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Washington State Medical License (or ability to obtain) DEA registration (or ability to obtain) Current BLS Certification Preferred Experience in Family Medicine, Community Health, or FQHC practice Bilingual language skills Experience caring for underserved populations Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) experience or willingness to obtain required training Nexplanon certification is a plus Why Neighborcare Health?
