What You'll DoPrepare fresh vegetables, proteins, sauces, and ingredients for daily service.
Follow standardized recipes and portioning procedures.
Assist with preparation of Asian-inspired dishes and ingredients.
Perform knife work, measuring, marinating, and food preparation.
Properly label, date, rotate, and store ingredients.
Maintain clean and organized preparation areas.
Assist kitchen stations as needed to support smooth operations.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Previous prep cook or professional kitchen experience preferred.
Basic knife skills and knowledge of food preparation.
Experience with Asian ingredients or cuisine is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
