Job DescriptionJob DescriptionA-Line Staffing is now hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.
Licensed Practical Nurse Hours
- Can choose what shift you prefer - 6:45am - 3:15pm or 2:45PM - 11:15PM
- 5x8 hour shifts per week, includes every other weekend
Licensed Practical Nurse Compensation
- The pay for this position is $32.00-34.00 an hour paid weekly
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees
Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents/patients in a rehabilitation environment.
- Perform patient assessments, monitor changes in condition, and report concerns to the RN and provider.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
- Provide wound care, collect vital signs, perform clinical treatments, and assist with daily nursing needs.
- Document patient care, progress notes, medication administration, and assessments accurately in the EMR.
- Assist with implementing individualized care plans and support patient recovery goals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Collaborate with RNs, nursing assistants, and rehabilitation staff to ensure quality patient care.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge processes as needed.
- Maintain infection control standards, safety practices, and compliance with facility policies.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.
Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements
