PM Bartender | Full-Time | Friedman's (Times Square)
Friedman's is a high-volume, casual upscale flagship in the heart of Times Square. We serve a packed dinner crowd, pre-theater guests, and host Gayle's Broadway Rose every night from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, where our servers perform live Broadway musical numbers throughout dinner service.
We're hiring a full-time PM bartender to join a team that takes hospitality seriously and has fun doing it.
The Role
- 4 to 5 shifts per week, 3:00 PM to midnight
- Work a busy bar that serves dinner guests, theater-goers, and live event crowds
- Make cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits accurately and quickly, following house recipes and specs
- Prep and execute batched cocktails and bar mixes to recipe
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized from open to close
- Guide guests through the menu, including allergen questions, with confidence and care
- Ring in and manage tabs accurately on Toast POS
- Work closely with servers, hosts, and the kitchen to keep service smooth
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of bartending experience in a busy venue
- Open availability in the evenings and on weekends and holidays
- Fast, efficient, and organized under pressure
- Reliable recipe and batch accuracy. We want consistency in every glass.
- Solid allergen knowledge and experience handling guest allergy requests safely
- Punctual and dependable. When you're on the schedule, we can count on you.
- Clean and professional, with pride in your bar and your appearance
- Friendly and welcoming, the kind of bartender guests remember and come back for
- A team player who communicates well and stays calm on busy nights
- Toast POS experience is a plus
