United Radio is a 100+ year old company that is expanding its services and footprint throughout CNY in Electronic Security Systems.
We are seeking skilled Technicians to join our growing team. Description of Talent: $30-$50 /hr (based on skill set)
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electronic security systems, including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and fire/life safety systems
- Work with leading security platforms (Avigilon,Axis, Genetec, Milestone, Salto etc.)
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with industry cabling standards (structured cabling, fiber optics, low-voltage systems)
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism in all client interactions
We prefer:
Experience: 2+ years in electronic security system installation & maintenance
Technical Skills: Networking, IP-based devices, cabling, and troubleshooting
Certifications (Preferred):
- CCTV: Avigilon, Genetec, or Milestone
- Access Control: Salto, or similar
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work at heights
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
