NOW HIRING – INTERMODAL TRUCKING TERMINAL MANAGER

Location: Charleston, South Carolina

GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED INTERMODAL TERMINAL MANAGER!

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Terminal Manager to lead our Charleston intermodal trucking operation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intermodal trucking, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage daily operations while building relationships with drivers and customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily terminal operations, including dispatch and customer service personnel.
• Recruit, manage, and retain qualified owner-operators.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor terminal profitability, revenue, and operating expenses.
• Ensure efficient container movement through the Port of Charleston.
• Maintain high standards for safety, compliance, and customer service.
• Identify opportunities to grow the terminal's business.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a successful team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Intermodal trucking management experience REQUIRED.
• Strong knowledge of the Port of Charleston and local drayage operations.
• Experience managing owner-operators and dispatch personnel.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage profitability and grow an operation.
