Battle Born Electric & Solar — Reno, Nevada
Pay: $35–$45/hour DOE
Battle Born Electric & Solar is a growing electrical and solar contractor serving Reno, Sparks, Carson City, and surrounding Northern Nevada communities.
We're looking for an experienced, motivated Lead Electrician who is ready to take ownership of projects, lead installations, and become an important part of a growing company.
Our work includes residential new construction, remodels, service upgrades, generators, EV charging, solar installations, and battery storage systems.
We're a small, independently owned company with ambitious plans for growth. We're looking for someone who wants more than just another job — someone interested in helping build something long-term.
What We're Looking For
- Substantial hands-on electrical installation experience
- Ability to confidently read plans and manage installations from start to finish
- Experience leading and coordinating electricians and installers
- Strong understanding of NEC requirements and quality workmanship
- Ability to anticipate material needs, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems independently
- Pride in clean, professional installations and customer satisfaction
- Dependability, initiative, and strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and appropriate trade tools
Experience with Tesla Powerwall, Enphase, SolarEdge, and photovoltaic systems is a plus, but not required.
