Spectrum Search Group is partnering with a billion-dollar, private equity-backed healthcare organization that is growing. They're hiring a VP of Accounting & Financial Reporting, a leadership role with real visibility and an impact.
The Opportunity You'll lead financial reporting for about $1B in business across multiple entities. The company is privately held, so you don't need SEC reporting experience. They do want someone with that level of technical reporting skill who works well in a complex, multi-entity environment and can deliver on tight reporting deadlines.
What You'll Do
- Own financial reporting across a multi-entity organization of about $1B
- Run the close and reporting calendar against demanding deadlines
- Deliver accurate, timely reporting to executive leadership and private equity stakeholders
- Partner closely with senior finance and accounting leaders across the business
- Find ways to scale reporting processes as the company grows
What You Bring
- CPA required
- 5+ years of financial reporting experience
- A strong background in complex financial reporting
- Private equity and/or healthcare experience is a major plus
- A track record of hitting tight reporting deadlines
- A polished, confident executive presence and strong communication skills
