The Agency, Inc. in Burlington NC needs 25 employees for the following job openings:


  • Machine Operators: make basic adjustments to machines with provided tools. Must have some mechanical background. Job is physical. Positions on 1st ,2nd and 3rd shift with good starting pay
  • Packers: Receiving product off line, inspecting ,sorting and packing in boxes. Positions on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift with good starting pay
  • Experienced Painters: must have experience painting in a commercial setting
  • Experienced cashiers with good math skills
  • Entry Level Sit Down Forklift Drivers: 1s shift in the Graham area
  • Experienced Floor Installers: full time and part time hours available in Burlington, must have 10+ years of experience
  • Kettle Operators: verify food ingredients and follow instructions on batch sheets, flexible schedule in Burlington; must have consistent work history
  • Order Pickers: will pick items from bins, must be able to read pick tickets, 1st shift in Burlington
