Clinical Therapist
Location: Eagle River, Alaska | In-Person, Telehealth, or Hybrid
Minimum of 10 sessions per week — work as many additional sessions as you choose.
Must hold an active professional clinical license in Alaska.

What You Get
Predictable, easy-to-understand compensation
$100 per billable session
Paid every two weeks for sessions you provide—not when insurance pays us
Work a minimum of 10 sessions per week and as many additional sessions as you choose Your income grows with the number of sessions you work

Choose your schedule and how many sessions you see
Choose in-person, telehealth, or a mix of both
Take time off when you need it
Work with the client populations you prefer
Maintain control over your clinical decisions and treatment methods
Develop expertise in areas that interest you
Build your work schedule around your family and life
Professional Growth
$2,500 per year for professional development after first year of employment. Up to $5,000 per licensing cycle
Use it for CEUs, supervision, consultation, specialized supplies, and other professional development
What We Take Off Your Plate
Private practice can mean spending hours every week on things that have nothing to do with therapy. We handle much of that infrastructure for you, including:
Client referrals and wait-list management
Insurance credentialing support
Billing and Insurance-related administrative work
You focus on your clients. We handle the business side.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Maintain an active professional clinical license in the State of Alaska.
Conduct high-quality therapy sessions consistent with professional, ethical, and clinical standards.
Manage your own schedule with your clients after the initial onboarding process.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation that meets applicable insurance and professional standards, including treatment plans and session notes.
Coordinate care as appropriate with other providers and professionals involved in a client's care.
