Your New Role
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
Service residential air conditioning, heating, and indoor comfort equipment
Perform preventive HVAC maintenance, inspections, and system testing
Identify system issues and explain repair recommendations clearly to homeowners
Complete residential HVAC service and repair work according to safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and local codes
Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
Keep your company vehicle, tools, and work areas organized and professional
Participate in an on-call rotation and occasional weekend service schedule
Work in New Orleans, Louisiana, and surrounding Northshore service areas

Previous experience running residential HVAC service calls as an HVAC Service Technician
Strong HVAC troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, and maintenance skills
Experience working with residential heating and air conditioning systems
Ability to communicate professionally and clearly with homeowners and team members
Valid driver’s license
Availability for rotating on-call and weekend assignments
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift equipment and perform the physical tasks required in residential HVAC service environments
