Architectural Contracts Counsel

About this position

HKS Dallas is seeking a Contracts Counsel to join our Legal team. The role supports review and negotiation of contracts for architectural and design services, and other business contracts. You will deliver thorough contract analyses, manage intake, and communicate with project teams and leadership.

Ideal candidates hold a JD, be bar-admitted, and have 5+ years of experience, with preferred licensure or practice in architecture/engineering. Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe is expected.
