Rafi Law Group is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their innovative team! Ideal candidates have plaintiff personal injury experience. *Responsibilities:** Represent injured clients with compassion and efficiency* Evaluate potential new client case facts
* Comply with legal process and inter-office protocols while clients are undergoing medical treatment
* Negotiate personal injury settlements and monitor finalization of settlement disbursement
* Perform management/leadership functions *Qualification:** Must be a member of the Arizona State Bar or awaiting Character & Fitness
* Previous plaintiff personal injury experience (preferred, not required)
* Ability to thrive in a high-volume setting
* Exceptional written and verbal communication/negotiation skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to build rapport with clients
