About the Role:

KTM Exteriors & Recycling LLC is looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Supervisor to lead our crews and deliver top-quality results on every project. Based out of Hampstead, NH, this is your opportunity to take your roofing expertise to the next level with a company that values craftsmanship and hard work. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct commercial roofing crews on job sites to ensure safe and efficient project execution
  • Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, and flat roofs
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks throughout all phases of roofing projects
  • Coordinate daily workflow, crew scheduling, and material logistics to keep projects on time and on budget
  • Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols on all job sites
  • Communicate project updates, timelines, and issues to management and clients
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate roofing crew members to maintain high performance standards

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of commercial roofing experience with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role
  • Proficiency with commercial roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, or built-up roofing
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and fall protection requirements
  • Proven ability to lead crews, manage job sites, and meet project deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first, solutions-oriented attitude
