Location: Bloomington, IN 47401

Pay: $74.87/hr. (W2)

Schedule

• Training: 4 weeks @ 40 hours/week
• After training: 35 hours/week, including EOE weekend coverage

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to support a retail clinic location in Bloomington, IN. This is a patient-facing role providing evidence-based primary care/urgent care services, plus clinic operations support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary/family care: assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, counseling, and disposition planning
• Perform routine exams and appropriate diagnostic testing
• Coordinate care plans with other healthcare professionals
• Support preventative care, screenings, wellness services, and chronic condition management
• Clinic operations: opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, and maintaining a clean/safe environment
• May participate in on-call rotation as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior Primary Care or Urgent Care NP experience (required)
• Current NP license in Indiana (in good standing; no disciplinary actions)
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC required)
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced clinic environment

Preferred Experience

• Experience with common EMR/EHR systems
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure (if needed)

Education

• Master’s degree from an FNP program
• Current national board certification (NP)
