Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to recipes and guest preferences.
- Hand-stretch dough, apply toppings evenly, and operate pizza ovens efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including prep areas and ovens.
- Monitor inventory for pizza ingredients and ensure freshness and quality.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain timely service during busy shifts.
Requirements
- Previous pizza-making experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right person!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Passion for food and a positive attitude.
Schedule
