On-Call Junk Removal Worker

Job Type: Part-Time / On-Call
Schedule: Monday–Friday mornings, as needed
About the Position
Novara Strategies LLC is looking for reliable, hardworking on-call junk removal workers to assist with residential and commercial junk removal, clean-outs, hauling, and disposal jobs throughout the Columbus area.
This position is ideal for someone who wants flexible work and is available during weekday mornings. Some days may involve working directly with our team on a junk removal job, while other assignments may simply involve taking a company truck to the landfill/dump site and returning the truck afterward.
What You’ll Do
Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include:
- Loading and removing furniture, appliances, boxes, household items, and general junk
- Helping with residential and commercial clean-outs
- Carrying and moving heavy items safely
- Assisting the lead worker on job sites
- Driving a company box truck to and from the landfill/disposal facility
- Dumping the truck and returning it to the designated location
- Keeping the truck and work area clean and organized
- Following safety procedures and instructions
- Providing professional and respectful service to customers
Requirements
You must meet ALL of the following requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Available Monday–Friday mornings
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable performing physical labor and lifting heavy items
- Able to work independently when needed
- Able to follow directions and communicate professionally
- Must have a dependable work ethic and positive attitude
Important
This is an on-call position, meaning hours are not guaranteed every day. You may be contacted when Novara Strategies has a job or truck-disposal assignment available.
Some assignments may be short and simple, such as taking a truck to the landfill and bringing it back. Other assignments may require several hours of physical labor assisting with a junk removal or clean-out.
Applicants should only apply if they are genuinely available for weekday morning assignments and have reliable transportation to and from work.
