Your New Role
Work as a Sales Development Representative and In-Store Brand Promoter at assigned retail and event locations in Morena, California, and throughout Rancho Bernardo, Carmel Mountain Ranch, Poway, East County, and surrounding South Bay communities along the I-15 and 125 corridors
Represent Ecowater professionally at assigned retail and event locations, with specific venues discussed during the interview process
Start conversations with potential customers and introduce residential water treatment and water quality solutions
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for follow-up with the sales team
Conduct brief product demonstrations and explain available water treatment solutions
Submit lead and appointment information accurately and promptly using mobile tools
Maintain a professional and welcoming presence during customer interactions

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence starting conversations and engaging with new people face-to-face
Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
Flexible availability, including weekends
Ability to use a smartphone or mobile device to quickly and accurately submit lead information
Customer service, retail, sales, lead generation, promotional marketing, or event marketing experience is a plus
