Build What Keeps America Moving

Help manufacture high-quality trailers at our facilities in Stoughton, Evansville, and Brodhead, Wisconsin. As a Manufacturing Assembly Technician on our Assembler I path, you’ll contribute to multiple phases of production—assembling, fastening, drilling, measuring, and verifying quality—so each unit performs out on the road.

What You’ll Tackle
  • Assemble parts and subassemblies to meet documented specs and standards.
  • Use bolts, screws, rivets, and related fasteners to secure components.
  • Operate drills, impact wrenches, rivet/Huck guns, grinders, sanders, routers, and similar tools with confidence.
  • Interpret blueprints and work instructions; complete accurate measurement layouts.
  • Drill aluminum, steel, and wood; prep metal surfaces for assembly; and perform in-process quality checks.
  • Maintain an organized, safe workstation and help the team achieve daily output targets.
  • Arrive consistently and support required overtime, including on Fridays when needed.
Who Thrives Here
  • Hands-on builders with manufacturing, production, construction, mechanical, or assembly experience (preferred).
  • People comfortable with hand/power tools who can sustain a steady production pace.
  • Detail-oriented problem solvers who can read a tape measure accurately and apply basic math.
  • Teammates who can read blueprints—or are eager to learn—and follow documented processes.
  • Reliable communicators with strong quality focus and dependable attendance.
  • Those willing to work Friday overtime when required.
Gear & Equipment
  • Hand and power drills; impact wrenches
  • Rivet and Huck guns
  • Grinders and disk sanders
  • Hydraulic punches and pneumatic tools
  • Routers and drill presses; table saws
