About this position
The role: Deliver polished, warm service in a fast-paced, upscale-casual dining room.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, guide them through the menu and drinks, and take accurate orders in the POS
- Know the menu, ingredients, and allergens; make thoughtful recommendations
- Coordinate with bussers, runners, bartenders, and the kitchen for smooth service
- Handle payments accurately and follow steps of service and side work
Requirements
- 1+ years serving in upscale-casual or fine dining restaurants (required)
- Strong menu knowledge and guest communication
- POS experience (Square preferred)
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
