Looking for a stable schedule with built-in time off and steady hours? We are hiring Forklift Operators to join a fast-growing manufacturing team in the Charleston area.
If you like hands-on work, taking pride in what you build, and having consistent days off every week, this is a great fit.
- Night Shift (C/D): 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
- Schedule: 12-hour rotating schedule (2 days on, 2 days off pattern...means you work every other weekend, but get 3-day weekends regularly!)
A Day in the Life
- Operating forklifts and other powered equipment to safely move materials throughout the facility
- Loading, unloading, and transporting products and materials while following proper handling procedures
- Inspecting loads and materials to ensure they are moved and stored safely and accurately
- Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized while following all safety guidelines
What Gets You the Job
- Reliable Transportation: You have your own dependable ride to get to work every scheduled shift.
- Manufacturing Mindset: Prior factory, assembly, or warehouse experience is a plus, but we are open to training the right attitude!
- Shift Readiness: Comfortable working 12-hour shifts and scheduled alternating weekends.
- Hands-on Skills: Able to lift, stand throughout the shift, and comfortably use basic hand/power tools.
