We are partnering with a highly regarded public accounting firm in Coral Gables seeking an experienced Tax Director to join its growing tax practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior tax professional who wants to step into a leadership position with a genuine and clearly defined path to partnership. The firm is looking for someone who can lead complex client engagements, develop strong client relationships, mentor the tax team, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
Compensation & Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Lead and review complex federal, state, and local tax engagements
- Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and privately held businesses
- Manage and develop client relationships
- Provide strategic tax planning and consulting
- Mentor and develop Managers, Senior Managers, and other tax professionals
- Assist with business development and expansion of the firm's tax practice
- Work closely with Partners on firm strategy and client service
Qualifications
- CPA required
- Significant public accounting tax experience
- Previous experience at the Tax Director, Senior Manager, or equivalent level
- Strong technical tax knowledge and client advisory skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships
- Leadership and team-development experience
- Interest in progressing to Partner
