The Draftsman will play a key role in developing detailed architectural drawings and design modifications. This position requires proficiency in SketchUP to create precise technical drafts that support project development. The ideal candidate will have a focus on accuracy and clear communication, working primarily with architectural projects without the need for travel.
Responsibilities
- Prepare technical drafts and architectural drawings
- Modify existing designs as required
- Use layout and SketchUp software for drafting tasks
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure accuracy
- Review and interpret blueprints to support project needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level drafting experience
- Proficient in ANY drafting software
- Strong skills in technical drawing and blueprint reading
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication abilities
