The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Multifamily Construction to lead and expand its operations in the Southeast. The successful candidate will be tasked with directing all aspects of multifamily construction, including overseeing regional teams, developing operational infrastructure, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget. This executive will be a key player in the company's growth strategy, responsible for strategic oversight, operational performance, financial results, and client satisfaction. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in multifamily construction, full P&L responsibility, and the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team. Key responsibilities for the SVP include leading and growing multifamily construction operations, establishing scalable processes, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' experience in the industry, with a focus on ground-up multifamily and mixed-use developments. A strategic mindset, exceptional client relationship skills, and a background in managing multiple offices or regions are essential. While a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred, it is not required. The role is pivotal in shaping the future of the organization, and the SVP will work closely with executive leadership on business planning and market expansion initiatives.
