Your Role
As a Cook at Kadima, you'll be responsible for:
Preparing and cooking meals according to planned menus and dietary guidelines.
Ensuring meals are palatable, appetizing, and served at the correct temperature.
Overseeing the tray line and serving meals as necessary.
Inspecting special diet trays to ensure accuracy.
Preparing and serving nutritional bedtime snacks.
Ensuring appropriate equipment and utensils are provided with each meal.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cook with:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in food preparation and cooking, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Knowledge of dietary restrictions and therapeutic diets.
Ability to follow standardized recipes and portion control procedures.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
