This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).Role Overview
- Part-time 1-day per week within Monday - Friday
- No nights or weekends
- Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations
- Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
- Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns
- Provide brief interventions and behavioral management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
- Coverage area includes Spokane, Washington
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation is fee for service (FFS), estimated compensation range of $29,251 to $35,101 annually with no cap on productivity income
- Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Washington state license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C
- Active DEA or willingness to obtain
- Minimum 2 years of experience needed as a PMHNP or Psych PA
- Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
