About this position
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Receptionist to join our Indian restaurant team in Apex, NC.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer phone calls and assist customers
- Manage reservations and seating
- Assist with takeout orders and customer questions
- Provide excellent customer service
- Communicate with kitchen and restaurant staff
- Keep the front desk and reception area organized
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Hindi-speaking is preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
